目的：观察中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）的临床疗效。方法：75例分为对照组37例和治疗组38例，两组均用舒利迭（50/250）1吸，12h1次，治疗组联合自血穴位注射，疗程8周。结果：中医证候疗效总有效率对照组73.0%，治疗组92.1%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。控显率对照组59.5%、治疗组81.6%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。中医单症状疗效治疗组咳嗽、胸闷疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05），治疗中未出现严重不良反应。结论：自血穴位注射疗法能够改善临床症状，且无明显不良反应。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료해수변이성효천（CVA）적림상료효。방법：75례분위대조조37례화치료조38례，량조균용서리질（50/250）1흡，12h1차，치료조연합자혈혈위주사，료정8주。결과：중의증후료효총유효솔대조조73.0%，치료조92.1%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。공현솔대조조59.5%、치료조81.6%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。중의단증상료효치료조해수、흉민료효우우대조조（P＜0.05），치료중미출현엄중불량반응。결론：자혈혈위주사요법능구개선림상증상，차무명현불량반응。
Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in treating cough variant asthma (CVA).Method:75 patients of CVA were divided into 2 groups, 37 cases in the control group and 38 cases in the study group. Both groups were treated with salmeterol and fluticasone propionate inhalation (50/250).The study group were treated with self-blood acupoint injection therapy in addition. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks. Result:For TCM syndrome curative effect comparison,the total effective rate of the control group was 73%while that of the treatment group was 92.1%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The control rate of the treatment group and the control group was 59.5%and 81.6%respectively. The difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared the cough and chest tightness symptom,the improvement of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no serious adverse reactions observed in all the patients during the treatment. Conclusion:Self blood acupoint injection therapy could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with CVA without obvious adverse reaction.
