目的：探讨扩张法外耳再造术常见并发症的原因分析及有效的护理对策。方法对我科室2010年1月到2012年1月723例扩张法外耳再造术患者的护理情况进行回顾性分析，探讨并发症的原因及护理对策。结果723例患者（754例扩张器）完成扩张法外耳再造术，术后42例发生并发症：扩张器血肿、扩张皮瓣破溃、感染、切口裂开、扩张器渗漏、软骨支架外露等。经积极治疗，精心护理，并发症治愈完成了外耳再造40例。经过1个月~3年的随访，再造耳形态良好结论扩张法外耳再造术周期长、步骤多，容易出现并发症，经规范操作、及时发现并发症及时处，能有效提高扩张法外耳再造术成功率。

Objective To report nursing strategies in managing post-operative complications following auricular recon?struction with skin expansion. Methods Clinical data from 723 cases of auricular reconstruction with skin expansion per?formed from January 2010 to January 2012 were reviewed. Results Complications were recorded in 42 of the 723 cases, in?cluding hematoma, leakage of expansion balloon, infection, incision rupture and exposure of cartilage framework. In 40 cases, complications resolved following dressing exchange or revision surgeries. Follow-ups at 1.5-3 months showed satisfactory re?sults. Conclusion Ear reconstruction with skin expansion can take a long treatment course and is prone to complications, which can be managed by close nursing observation and appropriate treatment.
