目的:观察微创小切口胫骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析40例胫骨平台骨折患者的临床资料,其中采用微创小切口胫骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗26例(A组),采用解剖钢板内固定治疗14例(B组)。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、术后6个月的膝关节功能及不良反应发生情况。结果 A组患者的手术时间和术中出血量均少于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的骨折愈合时间、膝关节功能及并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微创小切口胫骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折,创伤小、疗效确切、安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

목적:관찰미창소절구경골근단쇄정강판내고정치료경골평태골절적림상료효화안전성。방법회고성분석40례경골평태골절환자적림상자료,기중채용미창소절구경골근단쇄정강판내고정치료26례(A조),채용해부강판내고정치료14례(B조)。비교량조환자적수술시간、술중출혈량、골절유합시간、술후6개월적슬관절공능급불량반응발생정황。결과 A조환자적수술시간화술중출혈량균소우B조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);량조환자적골절유합시간、슬관절공능급병발증발생솔비교,차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론미창소절구경골근단쇄정강판내고정치료경골평태골절,창상소、료효학절、안전성고,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects and safety of minimally invasive fixation with proximal tibial locking plate on the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Methods The clinical records of 40 patients with tibial plateau fractures were analyzed retrospectively. Twenty-six patients (group A)were administrated with minimally invasive fixation with proximal tibial locking plate, while the others(group B) were administrated with anatomic plate fixation. The two groups were compared with each other in such parameters such as operative time, blood loss, fracture healing time, knee function, and complications during postoperative period and follow-up period. Results The operative time and blood loss of group A were shorter than those of group B (P<0.05), while there were no statistical differences in the fracture healing time, joint function and the incidence of complications between the 2 groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The minimally invasive fixation with proximal tibial locking plate has such advantages as less invasion, better function of knee joint and less complications for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures, and it is worth popularizing in the clinic.
