目前,师范生在课堂教学实习中出现很多问题,主要表现为教学设计与教学实践处理不当,课堂教学中的组织与管理意识薄弱,课堂教学实际与新课程理念不统一。深究问题,引发我们对师范院校发展的思考,大学课堂教学应该本体性知识教学重于解释,强化条件性知识;师范生的教育见习应该实现连贯化,教育实习应充分保证师范生的课堂教学实践机会;师范院校可与中小学结对帮扶成为发展合作共同体,形成“中小学指导高校实践、大学辅导中小学科研”的双赢互惠发展关系。

목전,사범생재과당교학실습중출현흔다문제,주요표현위교학설계여교학실천처리불당,과당교학중적조직여관리의식박약,과당교학실제여신과정이념불통일。심구문제,인발아문대사범원교발전적사고,대학과당교학응해본체성지식교학중우해석,강화조건성지식;사범생적교육견습응해실현련관화,교육실습응충분보증사범생적과당교학실천궤회;사범원교가여중소학결대방부성위발전합작공동체,형성“중소학지도고교실천、대학보도중소학과연”적쌍영호혜발전관계。
At present normal students have many problems in the classroom teaching practice, such as the improper disposal of the teaching design and teaching practice, the weak awareness of organization and management in classroom teaching, and the inconsistent ideals of classroom teaching practice and the new curriculum reform, which provokes our thoughts of the development of normal univer-sities. The university classroom teaching should focus on subject knowledge itself rather than interpretation and strengthen the condi-tional knowledge. Teaching practice should be coherent. Education practice should fully guarantee normal students’ opportunities of classroom teaching practice. Normal universities and the primary and secondary schools should become the development cooperation community to form a win-win relationship where “primary and secondary schools guide universities in practice while universities guide primary and secondary schools in scientific research”.
