以甲醛和苯酚为原料,经邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯改性制得碱性酚醛树脂,同时采用动态热机械分析仪(DMA)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和综合热分析仪(STA)等仪器对碱性酚醛树脂进行表征。结果表明:随着改性剂加入量的增加储存模量与损耗模量都相应提高,损耗因子随着加入量的增加呈现降低的趋势,固化温度随着改性剂加入量的增加呈下降趋势,加入量达到苯酚的2.5%时,固化温度下降了5℃;有机酯对碱性酚醛树脂凝胶固化的促进作用,是通过快速促进树脂分子生成活性中间体亚甲基醌来实现的;改性剂加入量对树脂的耐热性能影响不大,但改性剂的加入降低了胶合板的胶合强度。

The alkaline phenolic(PF) resin was made from formaldehyde and phenol, and was modified by diallyl phthalate(DAP). The modified PF was characterized by Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer (DMA), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer(FTIR) and Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer(STA). The results showed that storage modulus and loss modulus were improved with the increasing amount of the modifier, and the loss factor was on the contrary. Curing temperature decreased with the increasing amount of the modifier. When the modifier reached to 2.5%of the phenol, the curing temperature decreased by 5℃. DAP promoted curing of alkaline PF. The amount of the modifier had little effect on the heat resistance of PF, but the addition of the modifier reduced the bonding strength of plywood.
