我国建筑工程企业合同管理上国家的宏观调控有待加强、缺乏专业的合同管理人员、企业对合同履行过程监管不到位,通过完善建筑业市场的宏观调控、培育现代化的合同管理团队、建立合同管理预警机制,提升企业合同管理水平,防范市场风险,增强建筑工程企业竞争力。
我國建築工程企業閤同管理上國傢的宏觀調控有待加彊、缺乏專業的閤同管理人員、企業對閤同履行過程鑑管不到位,通過完善建築業市場的宏觀調控、培育現代化的閤同管理糰隊、建立閤同管理預警機製,提升企業閤同管理水平,防範市場風險,增彊建築工程企業競爭力。
아국건축공정기업합동관리상국가적굉관조공유대가강、결핍전업적합동관리인원、기업대합동리행과정감관불도위,통과완선건축업시장적굉관조공、배육현대화적합동관리단대、건립합동관리예경궤제,제승기업합동관리수평,방범시장풍험,증강건축공정기업경쟁력。
China's contract management of construction enterprise should be strengthened. However, due to the lack of personnel in the contract control of fulfilling the contract , so the regulation for contact is not in place.It is imperative for us to cultivate the modern contract management team, to establish the early warning mechanism of the contract management to improve the enterprise contract management level.What we have to is to guard against market risks, en-hance the competitiveness of construction engineering enterprises.
