结合目前高校毕业生就业难问题，通过对河北某高校毕业生采取问卷调查及访谈的方法分析就业状况，分别从政府、社会、高校及学生本身等角度提出解决就业难的建议：政府作为第一责任主体应从政策上予以扶持；高校根据市场需求调整专业、做好大学生各方面的教育培训；用人单位也应加入到大学生培养体系中来，以加强校企间的沟通，与高校合力提高大学毕业生的能力及素质；大学毕业生要建立长期的、有效的以就业为目的的自我约束机制。

Combined with the current employment situation of college graduates,analysis the employment situation through the survey of Graduates of a University by the methods of questionnaire and interview,give some advice to solve the difficult employment from the angles of government, society, colleges and students.The government as the ifrst main responsibility should put forward the supporting policy, college adjust professional should according to the market demand, do good education and training to college students in all aspects Employers should also be added to the training system for college students to enhance communication between the employer and the university to improve the capacity and quality of university graduates together with universities. College graduates should establish an long-term and effective mechanism of ego restrain to get a good job.
