This paper introduces the design of an intelligent system for sensing, the transmission and the control of the accquisition of the data. This system consists of the Zigbee wireless network transmission module based on CC2530 chip,the serial port transmission module based on STM32F103ZET6 and the client on PC. According to the IEEE1451 standard spreadsheet (TEDS),the design of the intelligent transmission module is able to automatically identify the data acquired from the sensors (eg:resistance, voltage, frequency, switch, etc.). The system supports meteorological sensor hot plugging, plug and play, automatic identification and so on. It is also capable of connecting to the Ethernet through the serial ports. And the instructions for controlling the sensor can be sent and the data can be transmitted in a long distance all through the fiber.
