目的:探讨观摩手术过程对外科择期手术患者围术期护理质量、护士综合素质、满意度的影响。方法将2014年1—4月14个外科临床科室手术观摩前后各280例患者及280名护士分成观摩前组(对照组)和观摩后组(观察组),比较两组患者围术期的护理质量、护士综合素质、患者及医务人员对护理工作的满意度。结果2014年3—4月参加手术观摩后手术患者护理质量由(93.01±2.12)分提升到(97.46±2.51)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-22.6641,P<0.01);护士综合素质达标线由90.7%上升至97.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.9976,P<0.05);患者及医务人员对护理的满意度由(91.4 ± 1.2),(92.1±2.2)分明显提高至(97.6±2.1),(97.1±2.4)分,实施前后比较差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-42.7402,-21.7317;P<0.01)。结论外科临床护士观摩手术全过程对围术期患者提供了全程无缝隙护理,提升了护理质量,增强了护士对手术过程的了解及相关疾病知识的全面掌握,有利于提升护士综合素质,增强了护患、医护之间的交流,提高患者及同行的满意度。

Objective To explore the process of operation observed model impacting on selective operation patient′s satisfaction of nursing care the quality of nursing and nurse′s comprehensive quality. Methods A total of 280 patients and 280 nurses had been selected before ( control group ) and after ( experimental group) observed the operation in 14 surgical department during the period of January to April 2014. We compared perioperative patients′ and medical staff′s satisfaction of nursing care, quality of care, nurse′s comprehensive quality. Results During March to April 2014, quality of nursing care improved from (93. 01 ± 2. 12) score to (97. 46 ± 2. 51)score after operation observed (t= -22. 664 1,P<0. 01);pass rate of nurse′s comprehensive quality climbed from 90. 7% to 97. 8% (χ2 =5. 997 6,P<0. 05). Patient′s and medical staff′s satisfaction of nursing quality increased from (91. 4 ± 1. 2), (92. 1 ± 2. 2) to (97. 6 ± 2. 1), (97.1±2.4) (t= -42.7402, -21.7317;P<0.01).Conclusions Surgical clinical nurses utilize operation observed model can provide full seamless care for preoperative patient and improve the quality of care. It also can contribute understanding on the surgical procedure and related knowledge, promote the communication between nurse and patients, doctors, delight patient and other medical staffs to nursing work.
