目的:分析肿瘤标志物血清抗原( serum carbohydrate, CA125)、癌胚抗原( carcino-embryonic antigen,CEA)、甲胎蛋白(α-fetoprotein,AFP)、血清铁蛋白( serum ferritin,SF)这4项指标对卵巢癌的诊断价值。方法应用蛋白芯片技术对前来北京市体检中心体检人员的血清中CA125、CEA、AFP、SF 4项肿瘤标志物水平进行检测,并结合临床诊断结果分析4项肿瘤标志物联合检测对卵巢癌临床诊断的价值。结果卵巢癌组CA125、CEA、AFP、SF水平明显高于良性瘤组及对照组(P<0.05);卵巢癌组CA125、CEA、AFP、SF检测阳性率也高于良性瘤组及对照组(P<0.05),4项指标联合检测阳性率最高(88.7%)。结论肿瘤标志物CA125、CEA、AFP、SF的检测可以提高卵巢癌临床诊断水平,对卵巢癌的预防和监测有重要意义。

목적:분석종류표지물혈청항원( serum carbohydrate, CA125)、암배항원( carcino-embryonic antigen,CEA)、갑태단백(α-fetoprotein,AFP)、혈청철단백( serum ferritin,SF)저4항지표대란소암적진단개치。방법응용단백심편기술대전래북경시체검중심체검인원적혈청중CA125、CEA、AFP、SF 4항종류표지물수평진행검측,병결합림상진단결과분석4항종류표지물연합검측대란소암림상진단적개치。결과란소암조CA125、CEA、AFP、SF수평명현고우량성류조급대조조(P<0.05);란소암조CA125、CEA、AFP、SF검측양성솔야고우량성류조급대조조(P<0.05),4항지표연합검측양성솔최고(88.7%)。결론종류표지물CA125、CEA、AFP、SF적검측가이제고란소암림상진단수평,대란소암적예방화감측유중요의의。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of serum carbohydrate ( CA125 ) , cancer embryonic antigen ( CEA) , alpha fetoprotein ( AFP) and serum ferritin( SF) in ovarian cancer. Method Protein chip technology were used to detect the levels of CA125、CEA、AFP and SF of physical examination in the Beijing Physical examination center, and combined the clinical results,the value of 4 tumor markers in ovarian cancer was analysis. Result The levels of CA125, CEA, AFP and SF in the ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in the sub-clin-ical symptoms group and normal controls (P<0. 05); the sensitivity of CA125, CEA, AFP and SF in the ovarian cancer group were also higher than those in the sub-clinical symptoms group and normal controls (P<0. 05), and the sensitivity of combination detection of the four markers was the highest. Conclusion The tumor markers detec-tions of CA125, CEA, AFP and SF could improve the diagnosis of ovarian cancer and it is important for prevention and monitoring of ovarian cancer.
