A Calibration Platform System based on Forcecontrol software,which is used to calibrate the thermal gas flow sensor is designed in this paper. First, it is the design ideas, the system hardware configuration and the software design process that are de-scribed detailedly. Last, the actual calibration results show that the calibration platform system is stable, reliable and efficient.
