目的:探讨脱落细胞学检查TCT制片检测全过程的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层液基细胞学检测技术( Thin-Cytologic Test TCT)对宫颈脱落细胞、胸水、腹水、各种穿刺液中的脱落细胞进行制片检查分析。结果:薄层液基细胞检测技术从根本上解决了常规脱落细胞制片丢失细胞率高、假阴性率高和涂片质量差等技术难题,使肿瘤细胞的阳性检出率达95%以上,同时为多种脱落细胞学标本的检测提供了可靠的检测方法。结论:薄层液基细胞学检测技术全过程的质量管理对提高脱落细胞的阳性检出率、结果的准确性判断、对肿瘤的早期发现早期治疗具有重要临床意义。

목적:탐토탈락세포학검사TCT제편검측전과정적질량공제방법。방법:채용박층액기세포학검측기술( Thin-Cytologic Test TCT)대궁경탈락세포、흉수、복수、각충천자액중적탈락세포진행제편검사분석。결과:박층액기세포검측기술종근본상해결료상규탈락세포제편주실세포솔고、가음성솔고화도편질량차등기술난제,사종류세포적양성검출솔체95%이상,동시위다충탈락세포학표본적검측제공료가고적검측방법。결론:박층액기세포학검측기술전과정적질량관리대제고탈락세포적양성검출솔、결과적준학성판단、대종류적조기발현조기치료구유중요림상의의。
450000Abstract Objective:To discuss the quality control methods for the entire process of the exfoliative cytology TCT slices exami-nation.Methods:Using thinprep cytologic test technology ( Thin-Cytologic Test TCT) to analyse the pathologic slice of cervical cytology, pleural effusion, ascites, various puncture exfoliated cells, etc.Results: TCT solves the technical problems fundamentally like the high cells losing rate of regular exfoliated cell production, high false negative detection rate, the poor quality of pathological section, etc.This made the positive detection rate of tumour cells more than 95%.Moreover, the TCT provided a reliable detection function for detecting the various specimens of exfoliative cytology.Conclusion:The quality control during the entire process of TCT technique should have the im-portant clinical significance in ralsing the positive detection rate of exfoliated cells, determining the accuracy of the results, and achieving the early discovery and early treatment of cancers.
