目的：对儿童乙肝五项指标进行分析。方法：应用酶联免疫吸附试验（ ELISA）法检测宁东地区1～8岁儿童乙肝五项和肝功指标，利用SPSS17．0对数据进行录入与统计学分析。结果：儿童单HBsAb阳性率为26．54％，乙肝病毒携带率为1．82％，需进行乙肝疫苗接种率为75．15％。结论：宁东地区1～8岁儿童单HBsAb阳性率较全国其他地区偏低，乙肝疫苗需接种率较全国其他地区高．

Objective:To analyze the five indicators of hepatitis b in children methods using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) .Methods:to detect hepatitis b five east ningxia region 1-8 years old children and hepatic function index, using SPSS17.0 to input data and statistical analysis.Results:children HBsAb positive rate was 26.54%, hepatitis b virus carrying rate was 1.82%, the need to hepatitis b vaccine coverage of 75.15%.Conclusion:1-8 years old children in ningdong single HBsAb positive rate than the rest of the country might be low, the hepatitis b vaccine uptake rates to higher than the rest of the country.
