要解决高职生毕业后就业不稳定的问题,必须提高高职生的隐性职业素养。儒家文化中做人做事标准与隐性职业素养的要求相符合,儒家文化进高职院校要结合时代要求,利用本地文化资源,注意生态和谐,与企业文化对接,运用“强化”理论,规范高职学生的职业行为和职业道德标准,实行奖励制度进一步“优化”教育,营造文化环境进行“感化”教育,在企业实践中使学生逐渐“转化”,从而适应企业要求,保证高职毕业生就业的稳定性。
