目的：探讨超声定位引导下肝组织活检术患者围术期的护理。方法对2013年1—8月60例慢性乙肝患者在超声定位引导下行经皮肝穿刺活检术，术前给予心理干预、常规检查及呼吸训练；术中密切观察患者病情，进行心理疏导，减轻痛苦；术后加强监护，采取针对性护理措施，减少并发症的发生。结果60例患者均顺利完成肝穿刺操作，发生术后局部疼痛5例，血压一过性下降1例。结论护理人员通过加强术前、术中和术后护理，可以减轻患者对肝穿刺的恐惧感，避免或减少各种并发症发生，缓解痛苦，有助于肝穿刺术的顺利进行。
목적：탐토초성정위인도하간조직활검술환자위술기적호리。방법대2013년1—8월60례만성을간환자재초성정위인도하행경피간천자활검술，술전급여심리간예、상규검사급호흡훈련；술중밀절관찰환자병정，진행심리소도，감경통고；술후가강감호，채취침대성호리조시，감소병발증적발생。결과60례환자균순리완성간천자조작，발생술후국부동통5례，혈압일과성하강1례。결론호리인원통과가강술전、술중화술후호리，가이감경환자대간천자적공구감，피면혹감소각충병발증발생，완해통고，유조우간천자술적순리진행。
Objective To investigate perioperative nursing of patients with ultrasound-guided percutaneous liverbiopsy. Methods A total of 60 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients in ultrasound localization guided percutaneous liver biopsy from January to August in 2013 were selected. They were given preoperative psychological intervention, routine examination and breathing exercises, close observation of the patients during operation, psychological counseling, pain relief, postoperative intensive care and pertinent nursing interventions to reduce the occurrence of complications. Results The 60 patients were all successfully completed liver puncture operation, five cases occurred postoperative wound pain, one case′s blood pressure dropped. Conclusions Strengthening nursing care of postoperative, preoperative and intraoperative period can reduce patients′ fear and avoid or reduce the complications, alleviate the suffering of patients, meanwhile help liver puncture go smoothly.
