目的：通过对柳州市糖尿病患者糖尿病视网膜病变的筛查，了解糖尿病视网膜病变的患病率和流行病学特征。方法将1510例2型糖尿病患者按其视网膜病变的严重程度分为3组，并对患者不同性别、年龄、糖尿病病程及文化程度组间糖尿病视网膜病变患病率进行统计分析。结果1510例糖尿病患者糖尿病视网膜病变的患病率为37.68%，其中非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的患病率为36.23%，增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的患病率为1.46%；不同性别组间和不同文化程度组间糖尿病视网膜病变的患病率差异无统计学意义，不同年龄组间和不同糖尿病病程组间糖尿病视网膜病变的患病率差异有统计学意义。结论柳州市糖尿病视网膜病变的患病率偏高，应加强糖尿病患者糖尿病视网膜病变的筛查。

Objective To know the prevalence and epidemiological features of diabetic retinopathy by screening the diabetic patients in Liuzhou city. Methods A total of 15 10 cases of type 2 diabetes were divid-ed into 3 groups according to the severity of diabetic retinopathy.Group-paired comparisons of diabetic reti-nopathy prevalence for different groups of patients’gender,age,duration of diabetes mellitus,and education level were done. Results Of 15 10 cases of type 2 diabetes,the prevalence of diabetic retinopathy was 37.68%,non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy was 36.23%,proliferative diabetic retinopathy was 1.46%. There were not significant differences in comparison of diabetic retinopathy prevalence among different gender groups and different education level groups between groups,and there were significant differences in compari-son of diabetic retinopathy prevalence for different age and duration of diabetes mellitus between groups. Con-clusion The prevalence rate of diabetic retinopathy was high Liuzhou city,and emphasis should be paid on screening of diabetic retinopathy for diabetic patients.
