压电陶瓷(PZT)驱动电源是微位移器应用中的关键部件,针对PZT的容性负载特性,本文采用高压高带宽的MOSFET功放管和集成运放设计并实现了一种高压快速驱动电源的设计方案,配合相位补偿网络和保护电路,改进了PA78驱动容性负载电路的稳定性。实验表明,该PZT驱动电源带宽可达60 kHz,输出电压范围是-100~100 V,具有好的动态性能-从0-50 V所用时间为7μs,最大非线性相对误差为0.52%,且能长时间稳定工作,解决了PZT驱动电路中的不能长期稳定工作的问题。

Piezoelectric ceramic (PZT) power is key component in the applications of micro displacement device, based on the capacitive load characteristics of PZT, this paper adopts high voltage high bandwidth MOSFET power transistor and integrated circuit operational amplifier to design and achieve a design scheme of high voltage and quick response driving power, cooperate with the phase compensation network and protection circuit. And this design scheme improves the stability of PA78 driving capacitive load circuit. The experiments show, the bandwidth of PZT driving power is 60KHZ, output voltage range is-100V-100V, the dynamic performance is very good-the rise time is 7us from 0 to 50 v, the largest nonlinear relative error is 0.52%. And this PZT driving power can work stably for a long time, which solves the problem that the PZT driving circuit can't work long-term stability.
