目前从语文学科的特殊性出发围绕语文教师专业发展所进行的研究明显不足,造成相当一部分语文教师对自身应有的专业素养认识模糊,对专业发展的追求路径失当。语文学科特殊性要求语文教师要有基本的职业素养和专业素养,语文教师的专业素养决定了语文教师的专业发展既有教师专业发展的共同途径,还有作为语文教师专业发展的特殊性途径。
目前從語文學科的特殊性齣髮圍繞語文教師專業髮展所進行的研究明顯不足,造成相噹一部分語文教師對自身應有的專業素養認識模糊,對專業髮展的追求路徑失噹。語文學科特殊性要求語文教師要有基本的職業素養和專業素養,語文教師的專業素養決定瞭語文教師的專業髮展既有教師專業髮展的共同途徑,還有作為語文教師專業髮展的特殊性途徑。

There is a lack of research in the professional development of Chinese teachers from the perspective of the particularity of Chinese language discipline. Therefore, it is commonly observed that Chinese teachers do not have a clear understanding of their professional quality requirements, which leads to inappropriate approaches for their professional development. The particularity of Chinese language discipline determines the fundamental requirements of vocational capabilities and professional qualities of Chinese teachers, while these qualifications include both the generality of all disciplines of education and the particularity of Chinese language discipline.
