目的:观察土茯苓叶提取物的镇痛抗炎作用。方法采用小鼠热板法和扭体法观察土茯苓叶提取物镇痛效果,采用二甲苯致鼠耳肿胀法、角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀法观察抗炎效果。结果土茯苓叶提取物(0.5、1.0、2.0 g· kg-1)灌胃对醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应有明显的抑制作用,抑制率为29.7%~60.5%;1.0 g·kg-1药后1.5 h 和2.0 g ·kg-1药后1 h 明显提高小鼠热板痛阈(P <0.01或 P <0.05)。土茯苓叶提取物对多种致炎剂引起的渗出、水肿均有较为明显的抑制作用,1.0、2.0 g·kg-1灌胃对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足趾肿胀有良好的预防作用(P <0.01或 P <0.05)。结论土茯苓叶提取物在该实验条件下具有显著的镇痛抗炎作用,且呈明显的量效关系。

목적:관찰토복령협제취물적진통항염작용。방법채용소서열판법화뉴체법관찰토복령협제취물진통효과,채용이갑분치서이종창법、각차채효치대서족지종창법관찰항염효과。결과토복령협제취물(0.5、1.0、2.0 g· kg-1)관위대작산인기적소서뉴체반응유명현적억제작용,억제솔위29.7%~60.5%;1.0 g·kg-1약후1.5 h 화2.0 g ·kg-1약후1 h 명현제고소서열판통역(P <0.01혹 P <0.05)。토복령협제취물대다충치염제인기적삼출、수종균유교위명현적억제작용,1.0、2.0 g·kg-1관위대이갑분인기적소서이종창、각차채효인기적대서족지종창유량호적예방작용(P <0.01혹 P <0.05)。결론토복령협제취물재해실험조건하구유현저적진통항염작용,차정명현적량효관계。
Objective To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities of the extract of Smilax glabra Roxb.leaves (E-SGRL). Methods Hot-plate method and acetic acid writhing method were used to study the analgesic activities.Auricle edema induced by dimethyl benzene in the mice and toe edema induced by carrageenin in the rats were applied for anti-inflammatory experiments. Results E-SGRL (0.5,1.0,2.0 g ·kg-1 )by intragastric administration significantly inhibited acid-induced mouse writhing response and the inhibitory rate was from 29.7% to 60.5%.The hot-plate pain threshold was obviously increased by the ad-ministration of E-SGRL (1.5 h after the treatment with dose of 1.0 g·kg-1 and 1 h after the treatment with dose of 2.0 g·kg-1 )(P <0.01 or P <0.05).Moreover,E-SGRL could inhibit effusion and swelling induced by many inflammatory agents,E-SGRL (1.0 g·kg-1 and g·kg-1 )also significantly inhibited mice auricle e-dema induced by dimethyl benzene and rat toe edema induced by carrageenin (P <0.01,P <0.05). Conclu-sion E-SGRL showed significant analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities in a dose-dependent manner.
