目的:探讨趣味教学联合 PBL 教学法对强化 CCU 护生心电图综合能力的影响。方法选取 CCU 实习护生40名,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组20名。对照组采用传统心电图教学进行培训,试验组采用趣味心电图联合 PBL 教学法进行培训。比较两组教学效果。结果试验组护生对心电图教学方法满意度为85.0%,高于对照组的50.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.103,P <0.05);试验组护生心电图综合应用能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组人工讲授学时为(12.5±2.3)h,少于对照组的(20.8±3.1)h;学习资料汇编耗时为(4.5±1.2)h,多于对照组的(2.8±0.5)h,差异有统计学意义(t 值分别为2.02,1.92;P <0.01)。结论趣味教学联合 PBL 教学法轻松有趣,能有效提高“90后”护生的心电图综合应用能力及对教学方法的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of interesting teaching combined with PBL teaching method on strengthening comprehensive electrocardiogram ( ECG) application capability of nursing interns in CCU. Methods A total of nursing interns in CCU were randomly divided into experimental group (interesting ECG combined with PBL teaching method) and control group (traditional teaching method) on average. The effect of two teaching methods were compared. Results The satisfaction degree of ECG teaching method was 85. 0%among nursing interns of experimental group, which was higher than that of the control group (50. 0% ) (χ2 =4. 103,P < 0. 05). Application ability of ECG in the experimental group was higher than that of control group (P < 0. 05). Teaching by human was (12. 5 ± 2. 3)h in the experimental group comparing with (20. 8 ± 3. 1)h in the control group, while the length of learning materials collection was (4. 5 ± 1. 2) h in the experimental group higher than (2. 8 ± 0. 5)h in the control group (t = 2. 02, 1. 92;P < 0. 01). Conclusions Interesting teaching method combined with PBL is eased and funny, and can effectively enhance comprehensive ability of ECG application and satisfaction of teaching method among 90′s nursing interns.
