以不同地区的红松为研究对象，测定了针叶中Ca2＋、Mg2＋、S及土壤中交换性Ca2＋、Mg2＋、有效S的质量分数，并结合海拔、纬度、坡度等地形因子进行相关性分析。研究结果表明：红松针叶营养中Ca 2＋质量分数最大， Mg2＋和S的质量分数相差不大；红松林下土壤中交换性Ca2＋、Mg2＋、有效S的质量分数比较高，并不需要施肥，质量分数由大到小顺序为Ca2＋、Mg2＋、S。土壤交换性Ca2＋质量分数与针叶Ca2＋质量分数不相关，土壤交换性Mg2＋质量分数与针叶Mg2＋质量分数极显著正相关，土壤有效S质量分数与针叶S质量分数不相关。针叶中的Mg2＋与纬度极显著正相关，与海拔极显著负相关；Ca2＋与坡度极显著正相关；S与坡度显著正相关。

An experiment was conducted to select different places Pinus koraiensis in the latitude to analyze the leaf and soil Ca2+, Mg2+, S element determination.Combining with the relevant analysis of their elevation, latitude and slope, the con-tent of Ca2+in leaf was the highest, Mg2+in leaf was similar with S in leaf.Comparison of the size of the soil nutrient con-tent was Ca2+﹥Mg2+﹥S.The contents of Ca2+, Mg2+, S were rich without fertilization.Ca2+content in soil and in leaf had no significant correlation.Mg2+in soil and in leaf showed a highly significant correlation.S in leaf and in soil had no significant correlation.Mg2+in leaf was remarkably related with latitude, and had the remarkable negative correlation with elevation.Ca2+and S in leaf was remarkably related with slope.
