选取LS-500光触媒基础蜡、硅藻纳米复合光触媒液体活性炭、LS-E100(CAPP)吡喃多胺聚酯,配制成不同稀释倍数的抗菌剂;采用喷涂、刷涂工艺对中密度纤维板进行处理;分析抗菌剂的种类、稀释倍数、施加方式等因素,对纤维板的抗菌性能和物理力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:2种处理,中密度纤维板的力学性能,均随着抗菌剂稀释倍数的增大而降低;涂刷工艺处理后的试件,力学性能优于喷洒处理试件的力学性能。涂刷工艺处理的中密度纤维板抑菌圈直径,大于喷洒工艺处理的抑菌圈直径。3种抗菌剂对阳性金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用,好于对阴性大肠杆菌的抑制作用;抗菌剂稀释倍数越小,抗菌效果越好。硅藻纳米复合光触媒对阴性大肠杆菌的抑制效果,比LS-500、LS-E100的抑制效果差;其对阳性金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果是3种抗菌剂中最好的。
選取LS-500光觸媒基礎蠟、硅藻納米複閤光觸媒液體活性炭、LS-E100(CAPP)吡喃多胺聚酯,配製成不同稀釋倍數的抗菌劑;採用噴塗、刷塗工藝對中密度纖維闆進行處理;分析抗菌劑的種類、稀釋倍數、施加方式等因素,對纖維闆的抗菌性能和物理力學性能的影響規律。結果錶明:2種處理,中密度纖維闆的力學性能,均隨著抗菌劑稀釋倍數的增大而降低;塗刷工藝處理後的試件,力學性能優于噴灑處理試件的力學性能。塗刷工藝處理的中密度纖維闆抑菌圈直徑,大于噴灑工藝處理的抑菌圈直徑。3種抗菌劑對暘性金黃色葡萄毬菌的抑製作用,好于對陰性大腸桿菌的抑製作用;抗菌劑稀釋倍數越小,抗菌效果越好。硅藻納米複閤光觸媒對陰性大腸桿菌的抑製效果,比LS-500、LS-E100的抑製效果差;其對暘性金黃色葡萄毬菌的抑製效果是3種抗菌劑中最好的。

We used the antibacterial agents of diatoms nanocomposite photocatalyst liquid active carbon, LS-500 photocatalyst wax and LS-E100 pyran polyamine polyester (CAPP) to treat the Medium density fiberboard (MDF) in different diluting multiples by spraying and brushing, and studied the effects of antibacterial agent type, antibacterial agents diluting multi-ples, with the antibacterial effect and the properties of MDF.The properties of MDF decreased with the increasing of anti-bacterial agents diluting multiples under both treating methods, and the properties of MDF under brushing way were better than that with spraying way.The diameter of inhibition zone of MDF treated by brushing was bigger than that by spraying. The bacteriostatic action of three antibacterial agents to positive staphylococcus aureus was better than that to negative esch-erichia coli, and the diluting multiples of antibacterial agents was lower, and the bacteriostatic action was better.The bac-teriostatic action of diatoms nanocomposite photocatalyst liquid active carbon to the negative escherichia coli was worse compared with that of LS-500 and LS-E100, but best to positive staphylococcus aureus between three bacterial agents.
