Aiming at the status of no computation for steel sticking in cement-soil wall in foundation pit engineering, assumption has been raised that regarding the cement-soil wall as eccentric compression members, and stress analysis has been conducted with mechanics equilibrium condition, therefore, the cross-sectional area of compression and tensile region's steel have been calculated, and examples have been raised to prove them.
