建立富含多糖口服液中粗多糖的含量测定方法。采用苯酚-硫酸分光光度法测定多糖的含量。实验结果表明,在可见光波长490 nm处,粗多糖含量在0~0.1 mg与吸光值有良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=9.2155X+0.0007,r2=0.9993。样品的粗多糖含量为12.08 mg/mL,回收率为97.04%,RSD为1.81%。本方法测定该口服液粗多糖含量可行。

건립부함다당구복액중조다당적함량측정방법。채용분분-류산분광광도법측정다당적함량。실험결과표명,재가견광파장490 nm처,조다당함량재0~0.1 mg여흡광치유량호적선성관계,회귀방정위Y=9.2155X+0.0007,r2=0.9993。양품적조다당함량위12.08 mg/mL,회수솔위97.04%,RSD위1.81%。본방법측정해구복액조다당함량가행。
In this article, the method for measuring the content of crude polysaccharide in oral liquid contalning rich polysaccharide was provided by using Phenol–vitriolic colorimetry. It was shown in the experiment results that where the visible wavelength is 490 m, the content of crude polysaccharide is within 0~0.1 mg and has good linear relationship with light absorption value, and the regression equations are Y=9.0155x+0.0007 and r2=0.9993;the content of crude polysaccharide in the sample is 1 208 mg/100 mL, the recovery rate is 97.04%and RSD is 1.81%. it is concluded that the method presented in this article is feasible in measuring crude polysaccharide in oral liquid.
