Currently, there are more and more pharmaceutical enterprises producing high potent drugs. In the production of high potent drugs contalnment equipment is often used. But it is unknown for many enterprises how to test the sealing performance of the equipment and how to assess the risk existed in the test. With respect to this situation, in this article, the method of testing sealing performance of the equipment in the production of high potent drugs and the method of carrying risk assessment were introduced so as to provide references to pharmaceutical enterprises and make the production and validation of high potent drugs more standardized and scientiifc.
