目的:观察认知行为疗法联合阿普唑仑、赖氨酸治疗顽固性儿童神经性尿频的疗效。方法2010年3月~2013年3月在我院诊治的病程1年以上的40例神经性尿频患儿为研究对象,给予阿普唑仑和赖氨酸治疗1周,同时进行认知行为治疗12周。结果经治疗后,治愈26例,显效10例,有效4例,治疗总有效率为100%(40/40);在治疗过程中,患儿不良反应的总发生率为12.50%(5/40),不良反应轻微,可自行消失。结论认知行为疗法联合阿普唑仑、赖氨酸治疗顽固性儿童神经性尿频安全有效,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

목적:관찰인지행위요법연합아보서륜、뢰안산치료완고성인동신경성뇨빈적료효。방법2010년3월~2013년3월재아원진치적병정1년이상적40례신경성뇨빈환인위연구대상,급여아보서륜화뢰안산치료1주,동시진행인지행위치료12주。결과경치료후,치유26례,현효10례,유효4례,치료총유효솔위100%(40/40);재치료과정중,환인불량반응적총발생솔위12.50%(5/40),불량반응경미,가자행소실。결론인지행위요법연합아보서륜、뢰안산치료완고성인동신경성뇨빈안전유효,복발솔저,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy combined with al-prazolam and lysine for treatment of child refractory neurogenic urinary frequent micturition. Methods Forty children with neurogenic urinary frequent micturition over 1 year cared at our hospital between March 2010 and March 2013 were enrolled in this study.The strategy of treatment:Alprazolam and Lysine were regularly used in the first week;and then the cognitive-behavioral therapy was used for 12 weeks. Results ①Outcomes:26 cases for the recovery,10 cases for the marked improvement,and 4 cases for the improvement.The total effectiveness rate was 100% (40/40).②The overall incidence of adverse reactions in children was 12.50% (5/40)during the course of treatment.The mild adverse reaction disappeared spontaneously. Conclusion Cog-nitive- behavioral therapy combined with Alprazolam and Lysine may be an effective,safe,less recurrent strategy for the treatment of child refractory neurogenic urinary frequent micturition,which is worthy of clini-cal recommedation.
