将木屑与试验制备的粗酶液混合,烘干后加入脲醛树脂胶,热压制成刨花板,与未经漆酶处理过的木屑热压成的刨花板进行比较。结果表明:用粗酶液处理过的木屑热压成的刨花板,与未经漆酶处理过的木屑热压成的刨花板相比,达到同等物理力学性能时所需脲醛树脂的用量,减少了42.9%;热压成板的物理力学性能并优于不经处理的木屑热压制成的刨花板。
將木屑與試驗製備的粗酶液混閤,烘榦後加入脲醛樹脂膠,熱壓製成鑤花闆,與未經漆酶處理過的木屑熱壓成的鑤花闆進行比較。結果錶明:用粗酶液處理過的木屑熱壓成的鑤花闆,與未經漆酶處理過的木屑熱壓成的鑤花闆相比,達到同等物理力學性能時所需脲醛樹脂的用量,減少瞭42.9%;熱壓成闆的物理力學性能併優于不經處理的木屑熱壓製成的鑤花闆。
장목설여시험제비적조매액혼합,홍간후가입뇨철수지효,열압제성포화판,여미경칠매처리과적목설열압성적포화판진행비교。결과표명:용조매액처리과적목설열압성적포화판,여미경칠매처리과적목설열압성적포화판상비,체도동등물리역학성능시소수뇨철수지적용량,감소료42.9%;열압성판적물리역학성능병우우불경처리적목설열압제성적포화판。
We put the sawdust into the rude laccase liquid, stirred them, added different amount of urea formaldehyde resin ad-hesive evenly to the processed sawdust, and made the processed sawdust medium density fiberboard ( MDF) with high tem-perature and pressure.In the test, we reduced the amount of the adhesive in MDF and compared it made up with processed sawdust.The sawdust processed with rude laccase liquid was with the ability of glue, and urea formaldehyde resin dosage was reduced by 42.9%compared to MDF with the same physical properties in without laccase.Therefore, the MDF with sawdust processed by rude laccase liquid has better physical characteristics than that with un-processed sawdust.
