以采自甘肃张掖和武威2个种源的白刺种子为试验材料,研究了NaOH溶液浓度和处理时间对2个种源白刺种子萌发的影响。结果表明:1)不同浓度NaOH 溶液处理对白刺种子萌发的影响不同。其中,以0.5 mol/L最好,0.3 mol/L次之,高于0.5 mol/L则抑制种子萌发甚至致死种子,使其不能萌发;2)相同浓度不同处理时间对白刺种子萌发的影响也不同。0.5 mol/L NaOH溶液处理12 h最好,而0.3 mol/L NaOH溶液处理24 h最好,0.7和1.0 mol/L NaOH溶液处理12 h可以萌发,但处理时间再长就不能萌发了。综合各项指标发现,0.5 mol/L NaOH溶液处理12 h,2个种源白刺种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数最大,且发芽时间最短,发芽速度最快,效果最好。

We studied the effects of soaking concentrations and time of NaOH on the germination of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr. seeds collected from the cities of Zhangye and Wuwei in Gansu Province, respectively.The seed germination was different with NaOH treatment concentrations.The best soaking concentration of NaOH for seed germination was 0.5 mol/L followed by 0.3 mol/L, and over 0.5 mol/L NaOH treatment inhibited seed germination and even led to death.The seed germination varied with soaking time under the same NaOH concentration.The best soaking time for seed germination was 12 h under 0.5 mol/L NaOH, and 24 h was optimal treatment time when seeds were soaked by 0.3 mol/L NaOH.When soaked under 0.7 and 1.0 mol/L NaOH, only 12-h treatment led to germination, and seed could not germinate while treatment time exceeded 12 h.The optimal group for seed germination of two N.tangutorum Bobr.provenances was under 0.5 mol/L NaOH and soa-king time of 12 h, which would resulted in highest germination rate, highest germination potential, highest germination in-dex, shortest germination time and fastest germination speed among all the treatments.
