2014年6月上旬到7月下旬,选择生长健壮、无病虫害的加拿大糖槭嫩枝为材料,剪取直径(d)和长度( l)分别为4 mm≤d≤6 mm和10 cm≤l≤15 cm的插穗,比较激素种类、激素质量浓度、基质含水量、扦插深度、扦插时间等对生根的影响。结果表明:外源激素能显著提高加拿大糖槭插穗生根能力,以1000 mg· L-1的吲哚丁酸( IBA)处理10 s根系效果指数可达0.69,生根效果最佳,其次为100 mg· L-1的IBA浸泡插穗6 h,根系效果指数为0.55。加拿大糖槭对高温比较敏感,当温室环境的温度超过32℃,大面积的插穗开始失水枯亡。在含水量为50%的轻基质中,扦插深度为5 cm时,6月初的扦插效果为最佳,生根率可达52.2%。

2014년6월상순도7월하순,선택생장건장、무병충해적가나대당축눈지위재료,전취직경(d)화장도( l)분별위4 mm≤d≤6 mm화10 cm≤l≤15 cm적삽수,비교격소충류、격소질량농도、기질함수량、천삽심도、천삽시간등대생근적영향。결과표명:외원격소능현저제고가나대당축삽수생근능력,이1000 mg· L-1적신타정산( IBA)처리10 s근계효과지수가체0.69,생근효과최가,기차위100 mg· L-1적IBA침포삽수6 h,근계효과지수위0.55。가나대당축대고온비교민감,당온실배경적온도초과32℃,대면적적삽수개시실수고망。재함수량위50%적경기질중,천삽심도위5 cm시,6월초적천삽효과위최가,생근솔가체52.2%。
We selected the soft branches of Acer saccharum Mash with strong growth, no plant diseases and insect pests as cut-ting materials in early June to late July.We cut the cuttings with a diameter of 4-6 mm and a length of 10-15 cm.We compared the effects of the different treatments on rooting.The exogenous hormone improved the rooting ability of cuttings. Using 1 000 mg· L-1 indolebutyric acid ( IBA) for 10 s was best with the root effect index of 0.69.Followed by using 100 mg· L-1 IBA soaking for 6 h, the cutting root effect index reached 0.55.Sugar maple was sensitive with high temperature. If the temperature of the greenhouse was higher than 32 ℃, a large area of the cuttings began to dehydrate died.The best cutting time was early June under the light matrix with 50%moisture content, and 5 cm cutting depth, and the rooting rate reached to 52.2%.
