研究了白光LED、红光LED、绿光LED和蓝光LED的光照度与工作电流、工作电压和输入功率的关系。结果表明,当工作电流或工作电压增大时,白光LED、红光LED、绿光LED和蓝光LED中的任何一种光源的光照度均随之增大;在工作电流或者输入电压相同的情况下,白光LED的光照度最大,红光LED的光照度最小;曲线拟合结果表明,白光LED的光照度随工作电流或输入电压基本呈现线性增长的趋势。此外,还分析了LED光照度随工作电流或者输入电压或输入功率的线性变化的原因。
研究瞭白光LED、紅光LED、綠光LED和藍光LED的光照度與工作電流、工作電壓和輸入功率的關繫。結果錶明,噹工作電流或工作電壓增大時,白光LED、紅光LED、綠光LED和藍光LED中的任何一種光源的光照度均隨之增大;在工作電流或者輸入電壓相同的情況下,白光LED的光照度最大,紅光LED的光照度最小;麯線擬閤結果錶明,白光LED的光照度隨工作電流或輸入電壓基本呈現線性增長的趨勢。此外,還分析瞭LED光照度隨工作電流或者輸入電壓或輸入功率的線性變化的原因。

The intensity of illumination of white light, red light, green light or blue light LED varies with working current, working voltage, or input power is investigated. It shows that:The intensity of illumination of white light, red light, green light or blue light LED increases with the increasement of working current, working voltage or input power. The intensity of illumination of white light LED is the largest while the intensity of illumination of red light LED is the smallest for the same working current or working voltage. Besides, the intensity of illumination of the above LEDs varied with either working current or input voltage is fitted by the linear fix, and the linear variation of the intensity of illumination of the above LEDs with either working current or input voltage is analyzed.
