目的：回顾性分析肺泡蛋白沉积症（孕粤孕）的MSCT表现，探讨MSCT对PAP的诊断价值。方法选取本院2003年1月~2011年5月经病理证实的7例PAP患者，3例经肺泡灌洗确诊，源例经纤维支气管镜活检病理证实。采用MSCT对患者肺部进行扫描，分析MSCT表现中病变的形态、密度和分布特点。结果7例（100.0%）表现为两肺弥漫性斑片状磨玻璃影，4例（57.1%）病灶边缘清楚，呈“地图样”表现，4例（57.1%）在磨玻璃影中可见网格状影弥漫分布，呈“铺路石征”，4例（57.1%）在磨玻璃影阴影中见充气支气管，同一病例可共存多种病变。结论 PAP的MSCT表现具有特征性，MSCT对PAP的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要的临床价值。
목적：회고성분석폐포단백침적증（잉월잉）적MSCT표현，탐토MSCT대PAP적진단개치。방법선취본원2003년1월~2011년5월경병리증실적7례PAP환자，3례경폐포관세학진，원례경섬유지기관경활검병리증실。채용MSCT대환자폐부진행소묘，분석MSCT표현중병변적형태、밀도화분포특점。결과7례（100.0%）표현위량폐미만성반편상마파리영，4례（57.1%）병조변연청초，정“지도양”표현，4례（57.1%）재마파리영중가견망격상영미만분포，정“포로석정”，4례（57.1%）재마파리영음영중견충기지기관，동일병례가공존다충병변。결론 PAP적MSCT표현구유특정성，MSCT대PAP적진단급감별진단유중요적림상개치。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the images of multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) in pul-monary alveolar proteinosis (PAP) and explore the diagnostic value of MSCT on PAP. Methods There were 7 patients with PAP in our hospital from January 2003 to May 2011,of which alveolar lavage was in 3 cases and fiberoptic bronchoscopy biopsy was in 4 cases for confirmation.Lesion’s morphology,density and distribution characteristics by CT scanning were analyzed. Results There were 7 cases (100.0%) with diffuse patchy areas of ground-glass opacity in both lungs,4 cases (57.1%) with lesions in clear-cut margin showing a map-like performance,4 cases (57.1%) with diffuse distribution of retic-ular shadow in ground glass opacity presenting as stone-paving image,and 4 cases (57.1%) with pneumatized bronchus seen in ground glass opacity.Several pathological changes could be coexistent in one case. Conclusion MSCT image on PAP displays its own characteristics,and is of great importance in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PAP.
