目的：探讨技能康复训练联合药物治疗对恢复期精神分裂症患者社会功能的改善作用。方法对经过住院治疗100例处于恢复期精神分裂症患者，利用 SAS 软件随机分为研究组和对照组各50例，两组患者均按非典型抗精神病药物单药治疗；研究组在此基础上进行技能康复训练，在治疗前和治疗第2个月，第3个月，采用威斯康星卡片分类测验-改良版（M - WCST）和阴性症状评定量表（SANS）进行评定。结果在治疗结束后，研究组SANS 总评分及因子分低于对照组（t =-3.251~1.582，P <0.05），研究组 M - WCST 评分持续性应答数较对照组低（t =2.104，P <0.01），M - WCST 评分正确应答数和完成分类数高于对照组（ t =3.351，P <0.05），WMS 短时记忆、瞬时记忆得分高于对照组（t =1.256，P <0.05）。结论技能康复训练联合药物治疗对改善慢性精神分裂症患者的阴性症状和社会功能的效果优于单用药物治疗。
목적：탐토기능강복훈련연합약물치료대회복기정신분렬증환자사회공능적개선작용。방법대경과주원치료100례처우회복기정신분렬증환자，이용 SAS 연건수궤분위연구조화대조조각50례，량조환자균안비전형항정신병약물단약치료；연구조재차기출상진행기능강복훈련，재치료전화치료제2개월，제3개월，채용위사강성잡편분류측험-개량판（M - WCST）화음성증상평정량표（SANS）진행평정。결과재치료결속후，연구조SANS 총평분급인자분저우대조조（t =-3.251~1.582，P <0.05），연구조 M - WCST 평분지속성응답수교대조조저（t =2.104，P <0.01），M - WCST 평분정학응답수화완성분류수고우대조조（ t =3.351，P <0.05），WMS 단시기억、순시기억득분고우대조조（t =1.256，P <0.05）。결론기능강복훈련연합약물치료대개선만성정신분렬증환자적음성증상화사회공능적효과우우단용약물치료。
Objective To investigate skills of rehabilitation training combined with drug treatment effect on patients with conva-lescent schizophrenia social function. Methods The 100 patients in the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia were randomly di-vided into study group and control group with 50 cases in each group by using the SAS software,according to two groups of patients with atypical antipsychotic mono therapy. Study group on the basis of skills training,before treatment and second months of treatment,third months,the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test - modified version(M - WCST)and the Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS) were evaluated. Conclusion Skills of rehabilitation training combined with drug treatment of the negative symptoms and social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia than single drug therapy.
