目的：探讨耳软骨管法矫正轻中度杯状耳畸形的临床效果。方法：于耳廓后上部设计一大小约2.5cm×0.5cm梭形切口，脱套卷曲于耳轮处的皮肤，距耳轮0.5cm处切开耳软骨，分离耳软骨瓣并向后折叠缝合固定形成软骨管，形成位置及形态正常的对耳轮及对耳轮上脚，纠正耳廓畸形。结果：本组13例患者，共20只杯状耳畸形均得到矫正，术后随访3～8个月，效果满意。结论：耳软骨管法是矫正轻中度杯状耳畸形的一种有效简便的手术方法。
목적：탐토이연골관법교정경중도배상이기형적림상효과。방법：우이곽후상부설계일대소약2.5cm×0.5cm사형절구，탈투권곡우이륜처적피부，거이륜0.5cm처절개이연골，분리이연골판병향후절첩봉합고정형성연골관，형성위치급형태정상적대이륜급대이륜상각，규정이곽기형。결과：본조13례환자，공20지배상이기형균득도교정，술후수방3～8개월，효과만의。결론：이연골관법시교정경중도배상이기형적일충유효간편적수술방법。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ear cartilage-folding method in treating congeni?tal cup ear deformity. Methods A 2.5cm × 0.5cm fusiform incision was designed on the post and su?perior part of the ear.Auricle cartilage flap was dissected in the position 0.5cm away from the edge of the helix,then the cartilage flap was released and tubed to form the nomal upper crus of antihelix,and normal auricle shape was maintained. Results A total 13 cases(20 ears)were followed up for 3 to 8 months and achieved satisfied and stable effects. Conclusion The method is ease and effective for the treatment of cup ear malformation.
