目的：探讨在不同程度腹部创伤患者中的血浆脂联素( APN)和C-反应蛋白( CRP)/APN比值在治疗过程中的动态变化，为准确地对严重腹部创伤病人的病情及预后做出预测。方法选取168例创伤病例，按照病情分为：轻伤组、重伤组、严重伤组和对照组，按时间点对患者进行SIRS评分测定以及取患者血样测定CRP、APN值，统计并分析相关性。结果在不同程度腹部创伤患者中的血浆CRP/APN比值在治疗过程中不断变化。结论 CRP/APN与临床病情严重程度具有一定的相关性，临床可用于患者病情判断。
목적：탐토재불동정도복부창상환자중적혈장지련소( APN)화C-반응단백( CRP)/APN비치재치료과정중적동태변화，위준학지대엄중복부창상병인적병정급예후주출예측。방법선취168례창상병례，안조병정분위：경상조、중상조、엄중상조화대조조，안시간점대환자진행SIRS평분측정이급취환자혈양측정CRP、APN치，통계병분석상관성。결과재불동정도복부창상환자중적혈장CRP/APN비치재치료과정중불단변화。결론 CRP/APN여림상병정엄중정도구유일정적상관성，림상가용우환자병정판단。
Objective To study the dynamic change of plasma adiponectin and CRP/APN ratio in patients with ab-dominal trauma,for predicting the patient’s prognosis. Methods 168 trauma patients were divided into minor group, severe group,dreadful group and the control group. SIRS score and CRP,APN in the patient’s blood were detected at vary time point and correlation were analyzed. Results CRP/APN ratio in abdominal trauma patients plasma were varied during the process of treatment. Conclusion CRP/APN have correlation with clinical illness severity,which could be used for disease judgment.
