目的:探讨XE-5000全自动血细胞分析仪检测白细胞(WBC)分类的准确性。方法随机收集本院2012年6月~2013年6月门诊、住院患者及健康体检者共208例,根据年龄进行分组,其中成人组100例、儿童组60例、新生儿组48例,分别用Sysmex XE-5000与人工镜检法对不同年龄组的静脉血进行WBC分类,采用统计学软件对两种方法的结果进行对比分析,并进行相关性分析。结果除嗜碱粒细胞外,成人组仪器法与人工镜检法检测WBC分类计数结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且呈正相关(P<0.05)。除单核细胞、嗜碱粒细胞外,儿童组及新生儿组WBC分类计数结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Sysmex XE-5000全自动血细胞分析仪测定WBC分类具有良好的性能,适用于对大批量标本进行快速有效的检测,但不能完全取代人工镜检法,两者结合,才能保证检验结果的准确性和可靠性。

목적:탐토XE-5000전자동혈세포분석의검측백세포(WBC)분류적준학성。방법수궤수집본원2012년6월~2013년6월문진、주원환자급건강체검자공208례,근거년령진행분조,기중성인조100례、인동조60례、신생인조48례,분별용Sysmex XE-5000여인공경검법대불동년령조적정맥혈진행WBC분류,채용통계학연건대량충방법적결과진행대비분석,병진행상관성분석。결과제기감립세포외,성인조의기법여인공경검법검측WBC분류계수결과비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),차정정상관(P<0.05)。제단핵세포、기감립세포외,인동조급신생인조WBC분류계수결과비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),차정정상관(P<0.05)。결론 Sysmex XE-5000전자동혈세포분석의측정WBC분류구유량호적성능,괄용우대대비량표본진행쾌속유효적검측,단불능완전취대인공경검법,량자결합,재능보증검험결과적준학성화가고성。
Objective To study the accuracy of XE-5000 automatic hematology analyzer in detecting the white blood cell (WBC) classification. Methods 208 cases of outpatients,inpatients and subjects of health examination treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were randomly selected and divided into the adult group (100 cases),the children group (60 cases) and the neonate group (48 cases) according to age.The WBC in venous blood of the patients in differ-ent groups were classified respectively by Sysmex XE-5000 method and artificial microscopy method.The results of the two methods were compared and analyzed by using statistical software,and the correlation analysis was carried out. Re-sults In addition to the basophils,the difference of the count results of the WBC classification in the adult group detect-ed by using instrument method and artificial microscopy method was not significant (P>0.05),and had a positive correla-tion (P<0.05).In addition to the monocytes and basophils,the difference of the count results of the WBC classification in the children group and neonate group was not significant (P>0.05),and had a positive correlation (P<0.05). Conclusion Using the Sysmex XE-5000 automatic blood cell analyzer to detect the white blood cell classification has a good per-formance and it is suitable to detect a large quantity of samples quickly and effectively,but it can not completely re-place the artificial microscopy.If the two methods are combined,it can ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
