目的：观察抗磷脂抗体（APL）及内皮祖细胞（EPCs）在老年2型糖尿病（T2DM）视网膜病变患者中的诊断价值。方法选择2012年7月~2014年6月本院收治的246例老年T2DM患者，其中伴发视网膜病变的患者编为A组，共118例，未伴发视网膜病变的患者编为B组，共128例，记录两组患者的外周血中APL及EPCs水平，对数据进行统计学比较。结果 A组外周血APL阳性率明显高于B组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01），但EPCs水平组间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论外周血APL水平对老年T2DM患者的视网膜病变程度有一定诊断价值，但EPCs水平的诊断价值尚需进一步研究。
목적：관찰항린지항체（APL）급내피조세포（EPCs）재노년2형당뇨병（T2DM）시망막병변환자중적진단개치。방법선택2012년7월~2014년6월본원수치적246례노년T2DM환자，기중반발시망막병변적환자편위A조，공118례，미반발시망막병변적환자편위B조，공128례，기록량조환자적외주혈중APL급EPCs수평，대수거진행통계학비교。결과 A조외주혈APL양성솔명현고우B조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.01），단EPCs수평조간차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론외주혈APL수평대노년T2DM환자적시망막병변정도유일정진단개치，단EPCs수평적진단개치상수진일보연구。
Objective To observe the diagnostic values of antiphospholipid antibody (APL) and endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) on retinopathy in elderly patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus (T2DM). Methods 246 elderly patients with T2DM in our hospital from July 2012 to June 2014 were selected.Among them,118 patients accompanied with retinopa-thy were classified into group A,and 128 patients without retinopathy were categorized into group B.The level of APL and EPCs from peripheral blood was recorded in the two groups,and data was statistically compared. Results The posi-tive rate of APL from peripheral blood in group A was higher than that in group B,the difference was significant (P<0.01).However,there was no significant difference about the level of EPCs between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclu-sion The level of APL from peripheral blood has certaln diagnostic value on retinopathy in elderly patients with T2DM, but the diagnostic value of EPCs level still needs further research.
