目的：探讨烧伤截肢术患者烧伤原因，截肢原因、截肢部位。方法：回顾统计了近5年26例次（37个肢体）烧伤截肢术，对烧伤原因，截肢原因、截肢部位进行了分析。结果：烧伤截肢术致伤原因以电烧伤为主，其次为火焰烧伤和热压伤。截肢原因主要以肢体发生缺血坏死为主。截肢部位以腕关节居多。结论：烧伤截肢术的适应证和手术过程要具有个体化和针对性，选择最佳的截肢平面，使截肢残端能较好适应安装假肢。
목적：탐토소상절지술환자소상원인，절지원인、절지부위。방법：회고통계료근5년26례차（37개지체）소상절지술，대소상원인，절지원인、절지부위진행료분석。결과：소상절지술치상원인이전소상위주，기차위화염소상화열압상。절지원인주요이지체발생결혈배사위주。절지부위이완관절거다。결론：소상절지술적괄응증화수술과정요구유개체화화침대성，선택최가적절지평면，사절지잔단능교호괄응안장가지。
Objective:To observe the reason of burn,reason of amputation and the position of amputation on burn patients.Methods:26 middle and severe burn patients with 37 limbs were analyzed on the reason of burn,reason of amputation and the position of amputation. Results:The electric burn was the major reason of amputation on burn patients.Limbs avascular necrosis was the maln cause of amputa-tion.The most position of amputalon was wrist joint.Conclusion:The amputation of burn patients should be individualized and pertinence by choosing the best position,in order to fit prosthesis.
