探究长期游泳训练对心脏的影响。小鼠进行8周的游泳训练,训练结束后进行心脏超声结构的检查,并且应用RT-PCR和免疫印迹法对miRNA-1和热休克蛋白60、70进行检测。结果发现训练后小鼠心脏结构出现肥大变化,而且miRNA-1明显表达下降,而热休克蛋白60变化不显著,但热休克蛋白70明显提高,说明心脏肥大适应同时分子的变化有保护心脏的效应。
探究長期遊泳訓練對心髒的影響。小鼠進行8週的遊泳訓練,訓練結束後進行心髒超聲結構的檢查,併且應用RT-PCR和免疫印跡法對miRNA-1和熱休剋蛋白60、70進行檢測。結果髮現訓練後小鼠心髒結構齣現肥大變化,而且miRNA-1明顯錶達下降,而熱休剋蛋白60變化不顯著,但熱休剋蛋白70明顯提高,說明心髒肥大適應同時分子的變化有保護心髒的效應。
탐구장기유영훈련대심장적영향。소서진행8주적유영훈련,훈련결속후진행심장초성결구적검사,병차응용RT-PCR화면역인적법대miRNA-1화열휴극단백60、70진행검측。결과발현훈련후소서심장결구출현비대변화,이차miRNA-1명현표체하강,이열휴극단백60변화불현저,단열휴극단백70명현제고,설명심장비대괄응동시분자적변화유보호심장적효응。
To discuss the effects of swimming training on the hearts of mice. Mice undertook a swimming protocol for 8 weeks, and cardiac structure were tested. miRNA-1, HSP60 and HSP 70 were detected by RT-PCR and Western blotting respectively. Results indicated cardiac hypertrophy had been induced, miRNA-1 decreased and HSP70 increased significantly, but HSP60 did not change. Cardiac adaptation and the changes of molecules can produce beneficial effects.
