在采用文献法及田野调查法相结合的基础上对霍童线狮追本溯源，研究霍童线狮的变迁与传承。研究认为：霍童线狮的历史沿革大致可分成萌芽起源、兴起与繁荣、消亡、恢复、商业化等五个发展阶段。线狮变迁存在着表演的目的由娱神到娱人、线狮传承由保守到开放、传承的主体由宗族精英到社会精英等特征。

Based on field investigation and other research method, this paper studies the vicissi-tude and inheritance of Huotong"line lion"by means of tracing its source.The finding shows that Huotong"line lion"mainly have experienced five period of development:the original stage;the prosperity and development stage;declining stage;recovery stage, commercial stage. Changes of the Line lion shows:from disporting gods to disporting human;from conservative to open;the elite of the society instead of the clan become the lead of Activities.
