随着全媒体时代的到来，广播电视人才的培养必须跟上时代的脚步，用互联网思维及时调整人才模式。顺应年青一代的需求，顺应全媒体的需求，顺应“慕课”时代的到来。而用互联网思维调整广播电视人才培养，必须首先要从理念上进行思维的转换，从课程的设计和授课方式上进行调整，从师资知识结构提升方面进行调整，特别是要建立与企业互动和循环的用人评价体制，让线下的用人效果在线上得到体现。

With the coming of full-media era,the cultivation of broadcasting and television talents must keep pace with the Times. Thus the Internet thinking may be adopted to make adjustment about the talent cultivation mode to comply with the needs of the young generation,the requirements of full-media,and the arrival of“MOOC”era. As for the adoption of Internet thinking in the cultivation of broadcasting and television talents, it is necessary to shift thinking in concept firstly. Adjustments must be also made in the design of the curricu-lum and teaching methods,and in the upgrading of teachers′ knowledge structure. Especially,the member-employing evaluation system which interacts and circulates with enterprises must be established to make off-Internet line member-employing performance exhibited on Internet.
