医患纠纷是一种发生在利益攸关的陌生人之间的冲突，从社会心理维度看，这种冲突在一定程度上是由医患双方角色意识差异、医疗行为负效应、医疗体制弊端、少数媒介舆论误导所带来的患方负性情绪和失衡心理所引发的。因此，可从社会心理视角入手，以沟通、知情同意、仲裁、强制保险等具体的制度建构来调适负性社会心理，以达到缓解医患冲突之目的。
醫患糾紛是一種髮生在利益攸關的陌生人之間的遲突，從社會心理維度看，這種遲突在一定程度上是由醫患雙方角色意識差異、醫療行為負效應、醫療體製弊耑、少數媒介輿論誤導所帶來的患方負性情緒和失衡心理所引髮的。因此，可從社會心理視角入手，以溝通、知情同意、仲裁、彊製保險等具體的製度建構來調適負性社會心理，以達到緩解醫患遲突之目的。
의환규분시일충발생재이익유관적맥생인지간적충돌，종사회심리유도간，저충충돌재일정정도상시유의환쌍방각색의식차이、의료행위부효응、의료체제폐단、소수매개여론오도소대래적환방부성정서화실형심리소인발적。인차，가종사회심리시각입수，이구통、지정동의、중재、강제보험등구체적제도건구래조괄부성사회심리，이체도완해의환충돌지목적。
The doctor-patient dispute is a kind of interest conflict between strangers who have critical and special re-lationship. From the perspective of social mentality,the conflict is caused to some degree by such factors as differ-ence in role awareness,the negative effect of medical action,the defects in medical system,misguide of some media, the negative mood and psychological imbalance of the patients. Therefore,we may adjust the negative social mentali-ty though such system construction measures as communication,informed consent,arbitration and compulsory insur-ance to achieve the purpose of relieving doctor-patient conflicts.
