《三国演义》第45回《三江口曹操折兵，群英会蒋干中计》中出现了一个名叫“蔡王熏”的人。“王熏”字各大辞书均未收录。《三国志》中没有“蔡王熏”此人，他应该是罗贯中虚构的一个人物。罗贯中造“王熏”字，与汉民族造字心理有关。
《삼국연의》제45회《삼강구조조절병，군영회장간중계》중출현료일개명규“채왕훈”적인。“왕훈”자각대사서균미수록。《삼국지》중몰유“채왕훈”차인，타응해시라관중허구적일개인물。라관중조“왕훈”자，여한민족조자심리유관。
Xun(王熏)is a Chinese character in Chinese classic novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms. But this character can not be checked in any big dictionary. In view the fact that“Cai xun(蔡王熏)”cannot be found in Three Kingdoms Chronicles,we think that this name might be coined by Luo Guanzhong,which might be the result of the word-formation psychology.
