目的:测定不同产地牛膝的皂苷(齐墩果酸)、蜕皮甾酮含量,比较不同产地牛膝的皂苷(齐墩果酸)、蜕皮甾酮含量的差异。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱,齐墩果酸测定甲醇为流动相,紫外检测波长为280 nm;蜕皮甾酮测定乙腈为流动相,紫外检测波长为250 nm;进样量均为10μl。结果河南沁阳产牛膝皂苷(齐墩果酸)、蜕皮甾酮的含量最高,质量最好,河南安阳、安徽太和、云南曲靖、沈阳地区产牛膝皂苷(齐墩果酸)、蜕皮甾酮的含量较高,均符合国家药典标准。结论河南沁阳产牛膝的质量最好;沈阳等地区产牛膝质量较好,符合《中国药典》规定,适合药用。
目的:測定不同產地牛膝的皂苷(齊墩果痠)、蛻皮甾酮含量,比較不同產地牛膝的皂苷(齊墩果痠)、蛻皮甾酮含量的差異。方法採用高效液相色譜法(HPLC)檢測,十八烷基硅烷鍵閤硅膠色譜柱,齊墩果痠測定甲醇為流動相,紫外檢測波長為280 nm;蛻皮甾酮測定乙腈為流動相,紫外檢測波長為250 nm;進樣量均為10μl。結果河南沁暘產牛膝皂苷(齊墩果痠)、蛻皮甾酮的含量最高,質量最好,河南安暘、安徽太和、雲南麯靖、瀋暘地區產牛膝皂苷(齊墩果痠)、蛻皮甾酮的含量較高,均符閤國傢藥典標準。結論河南沁暘產牛膝的質量最好;瀋暘等地區產牛膝質量較好,符閤《中國藥典》規定,適閤藥用。
목적:측정불동산지우슬적조감(제돈과산)、세피치동함량,비교불동산지우슬적조감(제돈과산)、세피치동함량적차이。방법채용고효액상색보법(HPLC)검측,십팔완기규완건합규효색보주,제돈과산측정갑순위류동상,자외검측파장위280 nm;세피치동측정을정위류동상,자외검측파장위250 nm;진양량균위10μl。결과하남심양산우슬조감(제돈과산)、세피치동적함량최고,질량최호,하남안양、안휘태화、운남곡정、침양지구산우슬조감(제돈과산)、세피치동적함량교고,균부합국가약전표준。결론하남심양산우슬적질량최호;침양등지구산우슬질량교호,부합《중국약전》규정,괄합약용。
Objective To determine the content of saponin (oleanolic acid) and ecdysterone of Achyranthes bidentata from different habitat order to compare the difference of content of saponin (oleanolic acid) and ecdysterone of Achyranthes bidentata from different habitat. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used and Octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica was selected as chromatographic column.Methanol was selected as mobile phase in determination of oleanolic acid and acetonitrile as mobile phase determination of ecdysterone.The ultraviolet detection wavelength in oleanolic acid and ecdysterone was 280 nm and 250 nm respectively.The sample size was both 10μl. Results The content of saponin (oleanolic acid) and ecdysterone of Achyranthes bidentata was the highest with the best quality produced in Qinyang of Henan province,and the content of saponin (oleanolic acid) and ecdysterone of Achyranthes bidentata was higher produced in Anyang city of Henan province,Talhe county of Anhui province,Qujing city of Yunnan province,and Shenyang city which all met the standard of State Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion The quality of Achyranthis bidentatae produced in Qinyang city of Henan province is best and in other regions like Shenyang city is better which all meet the criteria of China Pharmacopoeia and are suitable for medication.
