目的：探讨患有心律失常的老年患者外周血中氨基末端B型脑钠肽前体( NT-proBNP)的含量及特点。方法随机抽取2011-2014年确诊心律失常的老年患者106例，并随机抽取同期无心律失常的老年人32例作为正常对照，使用免疫定量分析仪进行外周血NT-proBNP检测。使用统计学方法分析心律失常患者外周血中NT-proBNP与非心律失常患者的差异。结果房性心律失常组老年患者、交界性心律失常组和室性心律失常组老年患者外周血中NT-proBNP含量均显著高于正常对照组。统计学分析显示，三组心律失常老年患者外周血中NT-proBNP含量之间相比无显著的差异。结论心律失常老年患者外周血中NT-proBNP含量显著高于正常，有望应用于心律失常的辅助诊断。

Objective To evaluate the expression and clinical significance of NT-proBNP in peripheral blood of old patients with arrhythmia. Methods A total of 106 cases of old patients with arrhythmia were randomly recruited from 2011 to 2014. Healthy volunteers of 32 cases old people served as control. NT-proBNP level in peripheral blood was e-valuated by immunoassay analyzer. Appropriate statistical analysis was utilized. Results The NT-proBNP level in old patients with atrial arrhythmia,junctional arrhythmia and ventricular arrhythmia was significantly higher compared with that in normal control. No statistical difference was observed among arrhythmia groups. Conclusion The NT-proB-NP level in old patients with atrial arrhythmia was higher than that in normal people,indicating it might be useful in the auxiliary diagnosis of old patients with arrhythmia.
