With the rich of the mobile terminal, the process of the digital library accelerated. New communication technology in library has become more and more obvious. The library should take the rapid development of mobile communication technology and mobile intelligent terminal as an opportunity, expand the area of services, value-added services to fully satisfy the user demand for personalized information.
