目的:探讨齐墩果酸对雄性小鼠化学性肝损伤的抑制作用。方法30只健康雄性小鼠按体重随机分成3组,分别为对照组、模型组和同时给药组。同时给药组注射四氯化碳( CCl4)的同时给予齐墩果酸灌胃,模型组注射CCl4的同时给予豆油灌胃,对照组注射生理盐水的同时给予豆油灌胃。检测脏器系数、血液和肝组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)和丙二醛( MDA)的含量。结果 CCl4腹腔注射以后主要引起肝脏的化学性损伤,齐墩果酸未能有效抑制CCl4引起的血液和肝组织匀浆中SOD及MDA含量的改变。结论腹腔注射CCl4的同时给予齐墩果酸灌胃,不能有效抑制CCl4引起的雄性小鼠肝损伤。

목적:탐토제돈과산대웅성소서화학성간손상적억제작용。방법30지건강웅성소서안체중수궤분성3조,분별위대조조、모형조화동시급약조。동시급약조주사사록화탄( CCl4)적동시급여제돈과산관위,모형조주사CCl4적동시급여두유관위,대조조주사생리염수적동시급여두유관위。검측장기계수、혈액화간조직균장중초양화물기화매( SOD)화병이철( MDA)적함량。결과 CCl4복강주사이후주요인기간장적화학성손상,제돈과산미능유효억제CCl4인기적혈액화간조직균장중SOD급MDA함량적개변。결론복강주사CCl4적동시급여제돈과산관위,불능유효억제CCl4인기적웅성소서간손상。
Objective To explore the effect of oleanolic acid on chemical damage of liver in male mice. Methods Thirty male mice were randomly divided into three groups according to their weights and every group included 10 mice:control group,model group and medicine group. The medicine group was administered with carbon tetrachloride injection and oleanolic acid intragastric administration at the same time. Model group were injected with carbon tetra-chloride and gavaged with soybean oil,and control group were injected with physiological saline and gavaged with soy-bean oil. Then the liver indexes,the levels of superoxide dismutase ( SOD) and malon dialdehyde ( MDA) contents of blood and liver tissue homogenate were measured. Results The chemical damages of liver were induced by intraper-itoneal injection of carbon tetrachloride. Oleanolic acid falled to inhibit the changes of SOD and MDA of blood and liv-er tissue homogenate which induced by carbon tetrachloride. Conclusion The method of injection with carbon tetra-chloride and feed with oleanolic acid at the same time cannot effectively inhibit the liver damages in male mice which induced by carbon tetrachloride.
