通过数据包络分析理论（DEA）中的C2R模型，计算23个省市的五星级酒店经营效率，根据技术效率、纯技术效率及规模效率等影响因素，评价各地区的五星级酒店的经营效率。研究结果表明，在所研究的23个省市中有6个地区的经营综合技术效率为1，达到最优，而其余省市的差距相对较大。建议合理地扩大或缩小五星级酒店的规模，改进管理模式，提高人员技术水平，从而提高五星级酒店的经营效率。
통과수거포락분석이론（DEA）중적C2R모형，계산23개성시적오성급주점경영효솔，근거기술효솔、순기술효솔급규모효솔등영향인소，평개각지구적오성급주점적경영효솔。연구결과표명，재소연구적23개성시중유6개지구적경영종합기술효솔위1，체도최우，이기여성시적차거상대교대。건의합리지확대혹축소오성급주점적규모，개진관리모식，제고인원기술수평，종이제고오성급주점적경영효솔。
By selecting the C2 R model of the data envelopment analysis (DEA ) ,five‐star hotel management efficiency of 23 provinces and cities is calculated in use of technical efficienciy (TE) ,pure technical efficiency (PTE) and the scale efficiency (SE) .The results show that the business comprehensive technical efficiency of 6 areas in 23 provinces and cities achieves one , while that of the rest provinces and cities does not reach that level .Therefore ,it is suggested that the scale of five‐star hotel should be reasonably expanded or narrowed and the management mode as well as the skill levels of the staffs should be further improved .In this way ,the operat‐ing efficiency of the five‐star hotel can be promoted .
