目的：探究在居家养老模式下行之有效的社区护理手段及其效果。方法200名社区就医的老人随机平均分为实验组和对照组，实验组患者采用综合性社区护理服务措施，对照组患者采用常规的护理措施。对老年人的幸福感和生活质量进行考察。结果通过采用综合性的社区护理服务措施，使得实验组老人在幸福感和生活质量上都得到明显提升，评分上要显著高于对照组老人(P<0.05)。结论综合性社区护理服务措施能有效地提高老年人的生活质量和幸福感，能较好的满足老年人在各个层次上的需求。

Objective To explore the effective means of community nursing in home endowment mode and its effect. Methods 200 old men were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group were treated by comprehensive community nursing service,while the control group were treated by routine nursing meas-ures. The well-being and quality of life in two groups were compared. Results The well-being and lifequality of old men in the experimental group have been improved significantly,and it’s scores were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0 . 05 ) . Conclusion Comprehensive community nursing service can effectively improve old people’s life quality and their happiness and support the old men’s needs at all levels.
