目的：探讨P16、Ki67及HPV联合检测在宫颈鳞状上皮内病变的诊断意义。方法随机选择不同级别的宫颈鳞状上皮内病变患者108例作为研究组，另选取40例健康体检者作为对照组，采用免疫组织化学方法检测两组患者宫颈黏膜组织中P16、Ki67及HPV阳性表达情况，并分析P16、Ki67及HPV检测在宫颈鳞状上皮内病变诊断及鉴别诊断中的意义。结果与正常宫颈相比，宫颈鳞状上皮内病变组织中P16、Ki67及HPV的表达差异有显著性，均具有统计学意义( P>0.05)；P16、Ki67及HPV三者联合诊断与单个诊断相比，具有较高的敏感性、特异性及准确率。结论 P16、Ki67及HPV联合检测可有提高宫颈鳞状上皮内病变的诊断准确率，对宫颈鳞状上皮内病变的诊断及鉴别具有重要的意义。
목적：탐토P16、Ki67급HPV연합검측재궁경린상상피내병변적진단의의。방법수궤선택불동급별적궁경린상상피내병변환자108례작위연구조，령선취40례건강체검자작위대조조，채용면역조직화학방법검측량조환자궁경점막조직중P16、Ki67급HPV양성표체정황，병분석P16、Ki67급HPV검측재궁경린상상피내병변진단급감별진단중적의의。결과여정상궁경상비，궁경린상상피내병변조직중P16、Ki67급HPV적표체차이유현저성，균구유통계학의의( P>0.05)；P16、Ki67급HPV삼자연합진단여단개진단상비，구유교고적민감성、특이성급준학솔。결론 P16、Ki67급HPV연합검측가유제고궁경린상상피내병변적진단준학솔，대궁경린상상피내병변적진단급감별구유중요적의의。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic significance of P16 , Ki67 and HPV positivity in the cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions. Methods 108 cases of different cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions were se-lected randomly as a research group,another 40 cases of healthy physical examination were selected as control group. The p16,Ki67 and HPV positivity in the cervical mucosa tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method,while their positivity in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,the expression of P16,Ki67 and HPV in the research group had significant difference (P>0. 05). Combination of P16,Ki67 and HPV had higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy. Conclu-sion The combining positivity of P16,Ki67 and HPV could improve the diagnosis accuracy of cervical squamous in-traepithelial lesions.
