当前高校图书馆开展阅读推广存在理论不足、纯粹效仿式、运动式实践活动较多等问题，在借鉴国内外成功阅读推广案例的基础上，提出高校图书馆开展阅读推广三种有效途径：约束式和开放式阅读推广策略相结合、以资源揭示环节为着手点创新阅读推广、注重宣传媒介推广，并提出实现阅读推广目标的五个方面保障。

〔Abstract〕 This article analyzes the current problem of reading promotion in university libraries, including lack of theory, pure imitation, the practice or movement type. It draws on the experience of domestic and international successful reading promotion case in libraries, proposes three good ways of reading promotion in university libraries: the strategy of constraint type and open type combination, from every aspects of re-vealing resources to promote innovation reading, and pay attention to more media and platform promotion. And it puts forward five guarantee aspects to achieve the reading promotion goal.
